While getting to know your emotional and physical health history, we create a safe and welcoming space to make certain we understand and can evaluate everything about your case. A new client consultation aims to unearth the underlying causes and triggers of your health issue(s) while providing you with Eastern wisdom techniques, cutting-edge integrative resources, and customized herbal medicine to begin your health progression.
Please note that for every new client, the Wildflower Clinic conducts approximately 5-8 hours of case research, formulation, and customized health investigation.
This Session Includes:
A comprehensive 2-hour health consultation working 1-on-1 with Registered Medical Herbalist, Dana Hutchinson, R.H. (AHG) or Certified Clinical Herbalist, Analise Stein, CCH, CFEP, CN
Your Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) diagnostics (tongue, pulse, nails, and skin assessment)
Discussion of your unique Energetic Source Point Meridian (based on your birth time) along with a physical or virtual assessment of your Qi (vital force)

Fertility Consultation

If two individuals are trying to conceive, both should attend the session.

During our fertility consultations, we provide a trustworthy, safe, and open space to discuss your unique fertility circumstances. We will take a detailed look into health history, emotional traumas, inflammatory exposures, and any relevant functional or hormonal lab work. We understand the sensitivities behind conceiving and take great care in providing you with premier herbal, energetic, and lifestyle protocols to bring your body back into balance and create a hospitable environment for a successful full-term gestational journey.
Please note that for every new fertility consultation, the Wildflower Clinic conducts approximately 6-9 hours of case research, formulation, and customized health investigation.

Follow-Up Session

Session Time: 50 minutes
Follow-Up Fee: $150
The existing client follow-up sessions are scheduled to stay on top of your integrative protocol. During these sessions, we will address any questions or concerns, discuss the progress of your customized herbal protocol, and make any necessary adjustments to formulations. Follow-up sessions are a crucial part of your health progress here at the Wildflower Clinic, and it’s through these sessions that we’ll ensure we see progressive improvements in your case.
**Please note that for every follow-up session, the Wildflower Clinic conducts approximately 1-2 hours of case review and additional research before the session takes place.
How many sessions? Cases vary, but we often recommend having 1 follow-up session per 4-5 weeks for 6- 8 months following your new client intake, followed by 1 follow-up session every 2-3 months after the 8-month mark has passed.

Cancelation Policy
Please note that the Wildflower Clinic has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Please reschedule your session within this window to avoid our cancellation fee of $100. Exceptions will be made for emergencies; however, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule your visit.
